About

Hi! My name is Joshua Dykes and I am the author of this blog. I am a Christian and a member of the Lord’s Church and have been since 2012. I currently hold a Bachelor’s Degree from Freed-Hardeman University in Bible with and Emphasis in Missions. 

I graduated from Freed- Hardeman University in 2021, and while a Junior and Senior year student, I was the Associate Minister at Central church of Christ in Decaturville, TN. Upon leaving Central church of Christ, I accepted a job in Swartz Creek, MI at the Swartz Creek church of Christ where I will be the missionary-in-residence at the congregation through 2024. After my time at Swartz Creek coC, I will move to Romania (Lord willing) and be a missionary there long-term. 

I have done mission work both domestically and in foreign nations, including the nations of Belize and Romania. My hope and prayer is that I will live a life on mission, whether living in a foreign land or here at home. 

I have also authored three books, two of which are available on Amazon and on Gospel Traveler store.
